Job Description

We are looking for an experienced construction foreman with a strong background in shuttering work to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to shuttering works, including preparation, installation, and dismantling. Plan and allocate tasks to team members based on project requirements and priorities. Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations. Oversee the preparation and assembly of formwork systems for reinforced concrete structures such as slabs, columns, beams, and walls. Inspect shuttering setups to ensure proper alignment, leveling, and stability before pouring concrete. Train team members on advanced shuttering techniques and best practices. Direct and supervise workers, ensuring productivity, adherence to quality standards, and efficient use of resources. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment. Address any conflicts or challenges among the workforce promptly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
