General Foreman (Should have 15 years' Experience inside UAE.)

Bright Accord General Contracting, LLC is a leading contractor known for delivering high-quality construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Foreman with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and possess strong knowledge of ADNOC or Tecnimont rules and standards. Expertise in steel, masonry, and carpentry is essential, along with a relevant diploma or certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities related to steel, masonry, and carpentry.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.

- Manage and direct crew members and subcontractors effectively.

- Oversee project progress, address any issues or delays promptly.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.

- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.

- Strong knowledge of ADNOC or Tecnimont rules and Standards.

- Proven experience as a Foreman with expertise in steel, masonry, and carpentry.

- Diploma or relevant certification in construction or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

•Basic proficiency in Arabic is required. •
