Job Overview Enerflex Ltd in Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Engineer to join our team. The Construction Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee construction activities on site, including site preparation, excavation, foundation installation, and structural construction Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes Prepare construction reports, progress updates, and documentation as required Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and materials Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or engineering role Experience with oil and gas construction projects is an asset Working Environments Outdoor construction sites, including exposure to varying weather conditions Interaction with construction crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Varied work settings, including remote locations and industrial facilities Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive work environment with a focus on safety and teamwork Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
