They are at the forefront of shaping Dubai\'s real estate landscape.They are looking to appoint an exceptional business leader & Construction Director from a CONTRACTING background ONLY. They have ambitious growth plans to be the leading residential developer in the UAE over the next few years - only hiring exceptional, talented & career driven individuals.The RoleAs Construction Director you will lead the full life cycle of multiple construction projects, managing a team of Project Managers. The project is working directly with the developer and has a cycle of around 4 years from start to handover.The CandidateThe client has specifically requested only candidates from Tier 1 contractors. This is not a Development Manager/Director role!

• The project will require stakeholder management
• Leading the projects and engineering teams through to commercial and full P&L responsibility for the projects

The ideal candidate MUST have:
Experienced Project Director - 15years minimum
Strong Dubai project experience within the last 5 years
Background in buildings construction (no civils, mep or oil & gas)
Employment history ONLY with Tier 1 main contractors
Degree qualified
