Job summary/Role description
Construction Civil Superintendent (CVP) is responsible for the coordinating civil and building construction activities through the Civil Supervisor (CVS) and related assistants.
Duties and responsibilities
Knowledge & Qualifications
Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants.
Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience working on the Contractor side.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, management skills.
Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.

Duties and responsibilities
- Management of Civil Subcontractor(s): Ensure that performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost;
- Coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever deviations from schedule or specifications are detected, under the guidance of Construction manager.
- Ensure the implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities;
- Participate in site HSE activities as defined for this position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- University Degree or Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalent
