"TRS has an exciting opportunity for a CONSTRUCTABILITY MANAGER for Modularized Projects who will be responsible for ensuring that the design of modular components is optimized for off-site fabrication and on-site assembly, to join our international client\'s team on the Hail & Gasha project based in United Arab Emirates, in the Middle East\xe2\x80\x9d

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Integration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to ensure that the design of modular components is optimized for off-site fabrication and on-site assembly.
• Review Plans and Specs: Ensure that all designs are practical, efficient, and optimized for modular construction, identifying potential issues before they arise.
• Material and Equipment Coordination: Ensure that the materials selected are suitable for modular construction and that the necessary equipment for transporting and installing the modules is available.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of modules, consistent quality, and coordination of logistics.
• Quality Control: Establish a rigorous quality control protocol to ensure that all modules meet the necessary standards and specifications.
• Site Preparation: Coordinate with the site team to ensure that the project site is ready for the arrival and installation of modules, which might include foundation work, utility connections, and other site-specific requirements.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Accredited Qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role with proven track record.
• Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of construction principles, particularly as they apply to modular construction.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, from designers and manufacturers to on-site workers.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to identify potential challenges and devise solutions quickly.
• Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple aspects of a complex project simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Software: Knowledge of project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in modular construction.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations that apply to modular construction.
