OverviewAs a Configuration and Implementation Manager at Cigna, you will leverage your extensive experience in business analysis, and system configuration to drive functional improvements and deliver exceptional software solutions. You will play a crucial role in identifying problem statements, working with Business Solutions Architect(s) in documenting detailed requirements, and collaborating with business and development teams to meet customer expectations using Agile methodology. Your strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:System Configuration and Optimization:Configure software to support Cigna "to-be" business processes, ensuring efficient and effective system operation.Managing day to day activities of the system configurationProvide support to development and QA teams throughout the full lifecycle of any programme / project.Works with teams to identify, develop and implement required configuration and methodology to support business needs within project timeframes.Mentors the organisation on configuration management concepts, policies, and procedures.Runs and deliver reports / metrics as required.Implement, facilitate, and perform configuration management audits, including evaluations on processes and procedures to improve productivity.Identify opportunities to enhance system usage through in-depth analysis and process optimization.Mentors and helps business teams on implementation of configuration within application support teams to enable self-sufficiency.Provides guidance and counsel to management on configuration strategy.Chairs configuration control board (CCB) and enacts changes as directed.Provides and approves all requirements, use cases, user stories etc in support to new of improving functionality of Policy Admin SystemEstablishes and maintains configuration framework.Recognised as the subject matter expert for all configuration needs across the ecosystem.Training and Knowledge Improvement:Deliver functional demonstrations to all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives, to collect immediate feedback, approvals and sign off.Create and conduct interactive training, raising their knowledge of the applications or recent changes.MiscellaneousCapture and document functional requirements across multiple simultaneous initiatives into clear, easy-to-understand artifacts.Plan, facilitate, and lead interactive process-fitting workshops at various Cigna locations, fostering collaboration and alignment with business needs.Conduct regular stakeholder calls to report on successes and challenges.Serve as an advocate for our customers (internal and external), representing their best interests internally to achieve best practices.Collaborate with cross functional teams and product owners to understand and support prioritization of their roadmaps, predicting and addressing upcoming pain points or initiatives.Key Skills:Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related fieldProven experience (10 years) in business analysis and functional implementation consultancyStrong management and stakeholder communicationProficient in capturing and documenting functional requirements.Expertise in planning and leading workshopsGlobal and regulatory landscapes: Understanding and experience of working practices across multiple geographies.
