Position Summary: The Conference Producer will be responsible for producing high-quality Continuing Medical Education (CME) and medical conferences. This role involves market research, content development, speaker acquisition, and project management to ensure the successful execution of events that provide educational and networking opportunities for medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Feasibility Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential conference topics and assess their commercial viability.
• Analyze industry trends, current issues, and the competitive landscape to develop relevant and timely conference themes.
• Content Development:
• Create comprehensive topic briefing documents outlining the event overview, current industry challenges, potential speakers, key issues to be addressed, and possible sponsors.
• Write detailed and engaging conference programs, including session descriptions and speaker bios.
• Speaker Acquisition and Liaison:
• Identify and invite high-level industry experts and influential speakers to participate in conferences.
• Maintain ongoing communication with speakers to ensure their attendance and active participation.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage the overall event strategy, including logistics, marketing, sponsorship, and operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, communications) to promote the event and secure sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of events and handle any issues that arise during the conference.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry figures, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Interface with global leaders and experts to align and govern policies that enhance the event's impact and reach.
• Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:
• Prepare post-conference reports, including attendee feedback, speaker evaluations, and financial performance.
• Plan and execute follow-up activities to maintain engagement with attendees and speakers.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Support the marketing team in developing promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies to increase event visibility and attendance.
• Assist with direct sales efforts for delegate attendance and sponsorship opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate & Public Affairs, and Technology Practices to ensure alignment and coherence in event messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with different divisions (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure information transparency and seamless functioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Nursing, BDS, Pharmacy). MBBS Doctor is also preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in conference production, with a focus on CME and medical conferences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts.
• Proven track record in speaker acquisition, content development, and event execution.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools to enhance event promotion and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• High standards of personal ethics and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
