Conference Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Conference Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: . Assist in planning, organizing, and executing conferences and events under the guidance of the Conference Manager. . Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and audiovisual needs. . Liaise with sponsors, exhibitors, and participants to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction. . Prepare and distribute event materials, such as programs, schedules, and promotional content. . Maintain and manage event databases, registrations, and feedback. . Support onsite event operations, including registration desks and attendee assistance. . Handle administrative tasks as delegated by the Conference Manager. Qualifications: . Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; IT knowledge is a plus. . Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. . Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events, if required. Please send your resume/CV
