The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-orientated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesOpening: November 2024Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the monthAs ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience from 5-star hotel or upmarket establishment
• Hospitality qualifications
• Passport valid for at least 2 years
• Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
• A welcoming personality that makes every guest feel at home.
• Excellent presentation and originality
• Clear medical bill
• Clean background check

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guest, addressing inquiries and building rapport
• Ensuring seamless service for all guests.
• Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintaining exceptional standards in guest service.
• Handling restaurant, transportation and activity bookings
• Coordinating special occasions, handling deliveries, and resolving guest issues
• Providing information on hotel amenities, handling room service and housekeeping request
