Concierge Team Leaders | Dubai | New Opening Ultra Luxury HotelWe are looking for CONCIERGE TEAM LEADERS to join the team of a new opening, ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai.Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guidesIMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interview process is immediate with job offers given if selected.As ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience from 5-star hotel or upmarket establishment
• Hospitality qualifications
• Passport valid for at least 2 years
• Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
• A welcoming personality that makes every guest feel at home.
• Excellent presentation and originality
• Clear medical bill
• Clean background check

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a team of concierges.
• Ensuring seamless service for all guests.
• Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintaining exceptional standards in guest service.
• Leadership and Team Management: Youll be the go-to person for your team, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Guest Experience Rockstar: Youll ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations with personalized touches.
• Logistics Maestro: Youll be the master of logistics, coordinating reservations for restaurants, activities, and transportation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Local Guru: Youll become a walking encyclopedia of Dubai, providing expert recommendations on everything from hidden gems to must-see attractions
• Luxury Standards Champion: Youll uphold the propertys reputation for unparalleled service, ensuring seamless operations and consistent delivery of luxury experiences.
• Problem-Solving Ace: Youll anticipate and solve guest challenges with a calm demeanor and resourcefulness, leaving guests feeling valued and well-cared for.

Salary Package

• Basic salary AED 3500
• Service charge
