Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
Act as a liaison between clients and our company, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
Service Coordination:
Coordinate service requests and appointments for clients, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of services.
o Assist clients in selecting appropriate services based on their requirements and preferences.
o Collaborate with service providers and teams to fulfill client requests and resolve issues.
Information and Assistance:
Provide information about our company's services, offerings, and pricing to clients.
o Offer recommendations and guidance to clients regarding service options and packages.
o Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, service history, and preferences.
o Prepare and process service contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
o Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
Client Satisfaction:
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by consistently exceeding their expectations.
o Seek feedback from clients and use it to improve services and client experiences.
o Handle client complaints or issues with diplomacy and resolution.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
