-To maintain the ambience of the lobby & waiting areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner
-Standard operating procedures (SOP\xe2\x80\x99s) regarding reception operation, with respects to safety, service and maintenance
-Responsible and take good care of the assets, ascertaining the cleanliness & prevention of damage.
-To support in coordination of tenant inquiries & complaints
-To support tenants in access card/handover coordination
-To promote company portal and support in bookings, requests and complains.
-To have direct access to database of clients and service providers
-To maintain excellent knowledge about community and surrounding facilities i.e. \xe2\x80\x9crestaurants, galleries, salons and other nearby facilities that might be of help to the residents\xe2\x80\x9d.
-To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the events, activities & attractions across UAE & inform the tenants when required.
-To assist residents with fitness and wellness services available, including the promotion of activities, classes, and events to add value to their experience.
-To always greet and communicate with residents & visitors in a friendly, respectful & polite manner always.
-To ensure that all guests, visitors, and deliveries are registered prior to granting access to the asset.
-To keep and maintain record any delivered package/parcel/courier.
-To always help guests & residents, within approved P&P
