Your primary responsibilities will encompass: 1. Guest Reception and Check-In:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Facilitate a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Provide information about the property, amenities, and services.

2. Guest Assistance:

• Be available 24/7 to address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Arrange and coordinate activities, tours, and transportation services.

3. Sales and Upselling:

• Promote and sell our tours, airport pick-up, drop-off services, and other activities.
• Showcase the value of our offerings to enhance the guest experience.

4. Problem Solving:

• Act as the point of contact to resolve any issues, challenges, or special requests.
• Maintain composure and problem-solve effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.

5. Maintaining Property Standards:

• Ensure that apartments are always in impeccable condition.
• Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness of common areas.

6. Review Management:

• Strive to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and consistently receive positive reviews.
• Encourage guests to share feedback and address any concerns to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the Holiday Homes or Hotel is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in local area knowledge, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Sales skills and the ability to upsell services effectively.
