Requirements:- Passionate about design and driven by creativity, with 5+ years of experience in designing a project from the early stage of Pre-Concept & Concept.- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, VRay, Lumion and InDesign.- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop will be a plus.- Strong previous experience designing Residential and Hospitality projects from the early stage of Pre-Concept & Concept required.- Degree in Architecture from a recognized international university.- RIBA or AIA registration preferredDuties and responsibilities:- Reports directly to Lead Concept Architect.- Preparation of architectural design deliverables.- Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required.- Responsible for the coordination and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams including specialist subconsultants, consultants directly employed by the client and other stakeholders.- Provides review support across disciplines to ensure quality and design issues are effectively addressed.- Prepare design documents to enable reviews and resolve any comments made by the Client.- Accountable for utilizing correct design standards and approved relevant local authority regulations and code compliance.- Accountable for the production of the project deliverables as per standard procedures and contractual requirements.- Production of architectural drawings, documents, and reports for projects.- Ensures design calculations are checked and comments resolved.- Assist the Visualizers in producing high quality renderings, animations, and massing studies.- Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Operations Director, Design Director, Technical Director, Lead Concept Architect or Senior Design ArchitectIf you are in Dubai or willing to relocate, with the right skill set, please APPLY NOW.redfish solutions* promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
