Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Concept and Proposal Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a creative individual who can design and conceptualize event proposals, ensuring they align with client objectives and exceed expectations.Job Responsibilities:

Design and conceptualize event proposals that are creative, engaging, and aligned with client needs.
Utilize advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into proposal designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under pressure and within short deadlines.
Present concepts and proposals to clients, making necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into proposal designs.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of industry experience in event planning and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
