We are seeking a skilled and motivated POS System/Printer Technician to with our Computer Hardware Showroom called POSFACTORY. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer systems and printers. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their technology is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and related devices.

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and printers.

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.

- Document repairs and maintenance procedures.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Computer/Printer Technician or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

- Familiarity with various POS printer models and troubleshooting techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
