Join FLC G Labs as a versatile Sales and Technician Associate for our upcoming branch! We're seeking individuals with a passion for gaming who can provide excellent customer service while also possessing technical expertise in gaming computers and peripherals.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair gaming hardware including consoles, controllers, and accessories.
• Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is properly stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations and answering questions about gaming products including consoles, accessories, and peripherals.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of gaming computers, assisting with customization options and upgrades.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on gaming computers, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Assemble and customize gaming computer builds according to customer specifications, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring a seamless customer checkout experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a technician role preferred.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with gaming hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or gaming, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical expertise in gaming computer components, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or other editing software for creating graphics and promotional materials.
