We are Al Zain Computers, a leading computer service center, and we're on the lookout for a Computer Technician. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries. Assemble and disassemble computer hardware as needed. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software. Maintain accurate records of service and repair tasks. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be reliable, punctual, and organized.
