Job Description
As a Computer Technician specializing in custom gaming PCs, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting custom gaming rigs, ensuring each system meets our quality standards. In addition to technical expertise, this role involves customer interaction, sales, and providing exceptional service to our gaming community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build custom gaming PCs according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to gaming PCs.
• Install, configure, and optimize gaming software and peripherals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
• Engage in sales activities, including recommending upgrades and peripherals to enhance gaming performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on gaming trends, hardware advancements, and industry developments.
