We are looking for a

skilled Computer Technician

with experience in

PC assembly and e-commerce operations

. The ideal candidate should be able to build and troubleshoot custom PCs while also managing online product listings, stock updates, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

PC Assembly & Troubleshooting:

Gaming PC assembling, installing windows and necessary software Benchmarking the CPU, GPU and ensuring the system performance Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues effectively Request information about software and hardware issues and document all concerns. Repair or replace faulty hardware components, including motherboards, hard drives and RAM Managing a high volume of assemble requests, and prepare all systems with proper systematic procedures before cut off time Recognize the needs of the customers and provide detailed quotation about the technical specifications Provide quotation to the customers according to the budget of the customers according to the market price Maintain documents invoice or sales order and record serial numbers for the parts for each and every system and generating report weekly or monthly Assist with logistic team

E-Commerce Support:

Create and manage product listings on company e-commerce www.blumenit.com site and other e-commerce site keep up to date the prices for the listings according to the market demand Monitor inventory and co-ordinate with the sales team for stock management Advertising on social media about products and response to the customer query leading to make deals Analysing the online competitor and take immediate action to compete with the market

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proven experience in

PC assembly, troubleshooting, and hardware installations

. Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, and networking equipment. Familiarity with Windows installation, BIOS settings, and basic overclocking.

E-Commerce Knowledge:

Experience with platforms like

Amazon Seller Central, Noon etc

. Understanding of SEO for product listings and digital marketing basics is a plus. Ability to manage stock updates and process online sales efficiently.

Other Requirements:

Based in

Dubai

or willing to relocate. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
