Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule and track deliveries.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and obtain location information.
Maintain records of orders, payments, and delivery statuses.
Provide basic customer support and resolve order-related queries.
Work closely with the logistics and sales team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in order processing or customer service is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
