Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Composite Production Planner cum Coordinator with a strong background in aerospace to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of composite production processes, contributing to the successful delivery of our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules for composite manufacturing, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between engineering, production, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth workflow and address any production-related issues.
• Resource Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of composite materials and components, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality compliance.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including scheduling, materials used, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and coordination, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of defense contracting processes and regulations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
