Job Description

Sunreef Yachts, a leading luxury catamaran and superyacht builder, is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed Composite Manager to join our team at the naval shipyard in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Composite Manager will have experience in managing a team of 20-30 people and be an expert in composite management in the marine industry. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize the day-to-day activities of the composite team.

Ensure that the composite department meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve departmental goals

Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with other departments and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in composite management in the marine industry

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related field

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 20-30 people

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with work hours.
