The scope of the role includes the monitoring, reporting and enforcement of License Holders compliance with their License obligations and relevant laws and regulation.
The key responsibility is to ensure that the license compliance framework is consistent, transparent and justified.
Key task and performance indicators1- Key Responsibilities: Develop a robust, SMART monitoring and reporting system for Licensees License condition compliance.Required Skills:
Knowledge : Experience in the production and development of documented procedures and policies.
Ability to analyze and assimilate a range of technical and legal compliance issues and break these issues down into License Holder deliverables
Ability to communicate with Executive Management as well as key personnel of License Holders
IT Literate
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work with complex documents
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Establish robust Compliance mechanism with all Licensees2- Key Responsibilities: Report on Licensees compliance to Management.Required Skills:
Knowledge : Ability to analyze and assimilate a range of technical and legal compliance issues and break these issues down into Licence Holder deliverables
Ability to communicate with Executive Management as well as key personnel of Licence Holders
