Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Compliance Officer to be based in Dubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as the main contact for SOP case management and all compliance-related inquiries and issues guiding management and employees.
- Responsible for policy management and ensuring effective implementation of relevant policies and internal policies.
- Support management in performing compliance risk analysis.
- Assess compliance-relevant issues related to third-party checks, due diligence, and approval.
- Manage internal compliance investigations and implementation of disciplinary sanctions.
- Identify training needs, including local legal requirements.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments, and proactively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
