We are looking for a compliance officer with bank experience to manage our bank inquiries for our several businesses.

:

Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory returns and reports.

Develop and implement an effective legal compliance & risk assessment program

Draft and revise company policies

Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses

Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk

Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed

Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

Identify potential compliance risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration

Knowledge of the banking industry regulations

Knowledge of banking regulations and laws

At least 4 years of experience in banking, of which at least 5 years in compliance

Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines

Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Confidence in making decisions

Location: Deira Dubai

Salary: TBD (Based on experience and knowledge)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
