Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and reviews to identify compliance risks and gaps.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
Investigate compliance violations, complaints, and incidents, and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and findings.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field. Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) preferred.
Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
