responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and their impact on the organization.
• Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related topics.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, or concerns.
• Maintain and update documentation related to compliance activities.
• Coordinate with legal, risk management, and other departments to address compliance matters.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field is often required.
