Compliance Officer
Job Description
:
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance packages and initiatives to make sure adherence to regulatory necessities and firm insurance policies.
• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and critiques to establish compliance dangers and gaps.
• Present steerage and coaching to staff on compliance insurance policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Examine compliance violations, complaints, and incidents, and advocate corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Keep correct information and documentation of compliance actions and findings.
Job Necessities:
• Bachelor's diploma in Enterprise, Regulation, Finance, or associated area. Compliance certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) most well-liked.
