JOB PURPOSE:ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified Compliance Manager (Post Holder) to fill a vacancy within the Compliance Department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that the organisations activities are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory and additional organisations requirements.
Establishing an independent audit system to monitor compliance of the organisation with the applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensuring that the audit plan is properly implemented, maintained, and continually reviewed and improved.
Ensuring corrections and corrective actions are requested as necessary.
Establishing regular meetings with the Accountable Manager to appraise the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring.
Monitoring the amendment of the organisations procedures and standard practices and their compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
Submitting the required documentation, to the competent authorities for their approval.
Assessing and approving suppliers, contracted and subcontracted organisations.
Issuing/renewing/cancelling of individual Company Authorisations.
Notifying the competent authorities of maintenance activities conducted outside the approved locations.
Establishing feedback from audit findings into the recurrent training programme.
Ensuring any disparities between company documentation are addressed and are in compliance with the current regulations, company policy and objectives.
Coordinating actions on airworthiness occurrences and for initiating any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity.
Overseeing Change Management and application of associated procedures.
Administering of the Regional Q-Pulse Management System.
Deputising for the Safety Manager during prolonged periods of absences.
QUALIFICATIONS:Essential
Holds an AME License or Degree/Diploma in aviation, engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience working with and managing quality assurance/compliance monitoring, within the framework of GCAA or EASA regulations.
Five years relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
A comprehensive understanding of the relevant aviation regulations, including those issued by the GCAA, EASA, etc.
Knowledge of auditing techniques: planning, conducting, and reporting.
Knowledge of Human Factors, Human Performance and Limitations and Safety Management.
Competence in conducting audits and inspections.
Understanding of personnel authorisations and limitations.
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position in compliance or quality management role within an aviation maintenance organisation.
Desirable
Additional qualifications in quality assurance/compliance monitoring management.
Knowledge of aircraft type(s)/component(s) maintained by EJME.
GCAA Post Holder Training.
Training of ICAO Standards.
