Experience the challenges, rewards, and opportunity of working for one of the worlds largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.Halliburton is seeking a Compliance Investigator to actively handle a broad range of Code of Business Conduct (COBC) investigations, including internal investigations of fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, policy violations, financial wrongdoing, and alleged violations of U.S. and international laws. The Compliance Investigator will also be responsible for programmatic initiatives including compliance training and global risk assessments.Responsibilities:
Lead internal investigations of alleged violations of the COBC, as well as U.S. and international laws, including creating investigation plans, analyzing potential evidence, managing data and asset collections, conducting interviews, preparing investigation reports, and presenting investigative results to management.
Supervise and collaborate with compliance professionals in triaging allegation reports, assigning matters for investigation, and managing closure and documentation processes.
Supervise and collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Corporate Security, conducting COBC investigations under the direction of the Law Department.
Prepare documentation in response to subpoenas, government inquiries, and other internal investigations.
Conduct compliance audits globally to ensure continued compliance with the Companys policies and business practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 3 years of experience independently conducting internal investigations for an international company, law enforcement unit, law firm, or accounting firm.
Preferred Qualifications
Multilingual candidates, specifically Arabic skills, will receive enhanced consideration
Experience providing investigation summaries and recommendations to business leadership
Experience working at a multinational company handling investigations across various jurisdictions in the Eastern Hemisphere
Working knowledge of investigative tools and enterprise resource planning software
