Coordinating with the retained lawyers and providing effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
Ensuring to coordinate on regular basis with the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company.
Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
Coordinating with it\xe2\x80\x99s subsidiaries accountants for any case related to company (e.g. staff loans, etc.) and informing the Group Compliance Manager, and/or CEO & subsidiary manager
