• Coordinating with the retained lawyers and providing effective advice to the Group Compliance Manager & subsidiary managers on the relevant law (e.g. UAE Commercial Business Law, Labour law, etc.).
• Ensuring to coordinate on regular basis with the Group Compliance Manager and/or subsidiary managers up to date on the amendments / new laws introduced in UAE related to the company.
• Drafting & reviewing of any legal document (e.g., MOA, MOU, AOA, etc.) of the company and its subsidiaries by coordinating with the retained lawyers in compliance with the UAE law & regulations upon receiving approval from Group Compliance Manager and/or CEO.
• Creating and managing effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Coordinating with its subsidiaries accountants for any case related to company (e.g. staff loans, etc.) and informing the Group Compliance Manager, and/or CEO & subsidiary manager
