Partner with the best As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You'll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Interacting with customer representative for preparation, execution & completion of all upcoming and ongoing job activities.
Using job center to comply with the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle(iMtJC) ensuring all job activities are executed in line with customer & Baker Hughes requirements.
Managing change as it occurs across the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.
Working with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice related to technical planning.
Inputting and managing the following within job center: Job Activity, Sales orders, Job Orders, Field Personnel Demand, Management of change, Customer tickets.
Conducting Job Briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity.
Managing Services & Rental billing using the Job center ticket.
Planning mid-range operation activity volume and complexity forecast to align the correct resources for service delivery flawless execution & on-time delivery.
Preparing with daily operational updates for their ongoing job activities as required.
Reporting incidents and manage communication with customers and internally.
Overseeing ongoing operations and provides direct support to the field personnel on location
Managing operations w.r.t. above objectives and tasks in the area of responsibly assigned.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have minimum10 years field experience in Liner Hangers applications, Experience in Completions is preferable.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Baker Hughes Liner hanger systems & Cased Hole completions applications.
Have minimum 5 years prior experience coordinating field operations.
Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Have ability to work at drill site locations and remote sites when required.
