To oversee, manage and handle the complaints resolution process, speak directly with the consumers and insurance companies about their concerns over the phone, via email, or in person.
To ensure that the company provides a timely and effective response to the complaints in line with the Regulations on Establishment of a Financial Complaints Resolution for the United Arab Emirates.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee the establishment and operation of effective service to consumers via various channels such as telephone, fax, branches, website, digital, online complaint, and complaint management systems for consumers to seek redress on issues and concerns.
Set up complaints resolution methodology and service standards to meet the CompanyUnits expectations.
Manage and re-engineer the workflows to achieve the operation KPI for the department, complaints resolution processes of the Company Unit, ensuring that it is timely and relevant, and that it effectively addresses the consumers concerns in conformance with the applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Banking/Marketing/Finance or any other related discipline.
Proficient in the Arabic and English languages
Experience :
4 - 6 years of experience with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations.
Experience in handling complaints and managing a team of 2 - 3 people minimum
