JOB SUMMARY:
The Compensation & Benefits Role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR compensation and benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Compensation Management:
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards.
Develop and implement salary structures and pay policies.
Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions to ensure proper classification and compensation.
2.Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowance plan & AL benefits, and other perks.
Review and recommend changes to benefits offerings to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits.
3.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to employee compensation and benefits usage.
4.Employee Communication:
Develop and deliver communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs.
Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
5.Policy Development:
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and update compensation and benefits policies.
Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6.Project Management:
Lead special projects related to compensation and benefits, including system implementations or redesigns.
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits in UAE, familiar with UAE payroll process & related regulations.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel formulas), can handle manually calculations work for hundreds number level staffs.
• Have knowledge of HRIS work
• Excellent in self driving , problem-solving and pressure handling.
