The Role

Job Summary: The Compensation & Benefits Role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Management: - Conduct market research to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards. - Develop and implement salary structures and pay policies. - Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions to ensure proper classification and compensation. Benefits Administration: - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowance plan & AL benefits, and other perks. - Review and recommend changes to benefits offerings to improve employee satisfaction and retention. - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports to support strategic decision-making. - Monitor and report on key metrics related to employee compensation and benefits usage. Employee Communication: - Develop and deliver communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs. - Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues. Policy Development: - Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and update compensation and benefits policies. - Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Project Management: - Lead special projects related to compensation and benefits, including system implementations or redesigns. - Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits in UAE, familiar with UAE payroll process & related regulations. - Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel formulas), can handle manually calculations work for hundreds number level staffs. - Have knowledge of HRIS work - Excellent in self driving , problem-solving and pressure handling. Personal Attributes: - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
