Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and market trends to ensure competitive and equitable pay across the organization.
Benefits Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Job Evaluation: Evaluate new and existing roles to determine appropriate compensation levels and ensure consistency across departments and job families.
Market Research: Conduct salary surveys and market research to assess competitive pay levels, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments.
Incentive Programs: Assist in the design and management of short-term and long-term incentive programs, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and performance metrics.
Compliance: Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local labor laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on compensation and benefits expenditures, providing insights for senior management decision-making.
Advisory Support: Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation structures, benefits offerings, and pay strategies to attract and retain talent.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage compensation and benefits budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial plans.
Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear communication materials to employees regarding compensation packages, benefits, and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles within the banking or financial services sector, particularly with large organizations.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory frameworks affecting compensation and benefits.
Proven experience in salary benchmarking, market analysis, and the design of compensation and incentive programs.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar are preferred.
Location Requirements:
Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
Strong understanding of the UAE banking environment and local compensation trends is essential.
