COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to People & Culture Director N&WA.

The Ideal candidate's responsibility is to ensure that salary, benefits and personnel administration are in alignment with Rewards policies and Local Legislation and applied in day to day activities.

What you will be doing:

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager N&WA, you will: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant policies. Manage Mobility Programs, including residence and work permits, visas, housing, and documentation for expats and their families. Coordinate and maintain personnel documentation for NWA Cluster employees in line with legal requirements. Lead compensation activities, including salary surveys, annual salary reviews and Benefits review and renewal. Oversee budgeting and HR reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements:

University Degree in Social Sciences Minimum 4 years working experience in similar tasks Fluent in English, French & Arabic. Advanced user of MS Office and SAP
