We are looking for a Secretary cum Receptionist with at least 2 years of UAE experience. Willing to work at Reception and day to day work activities and support to CEO and other Staff. Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal English knowledge are essential. Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing Quotation, Purchase Orders, and Tax Invoices
Coordination with clients, hotel managers for event set-up
Preparation of permits for hotels and any other venues for the event.
Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
Responsible for airticket booking when needed.
Managing CEO schedules, meeting room availability and office correspondence.
Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Other admin works as assigned by the CEO.
