Are you an experienced Company Secretary looking for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi? Trowers are seeking a dedicated person to join their team. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, the company values unique talents and aims to grow responsibly with ESG values at its core.


The Role




The Company Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring corporate governance and compliance.


Serve as the main contact for the board, shareholders, and regulatory bodies Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Draft and file statutory documents Maintain corporate records and statutory books Advise on corporate governance best practices Manage shareholder communications and organise annual general meetings

The Candidate




The ideal Company Secretary will possess the following skills and attributes.


Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Flexible, dependable, and able to take initiative Ability to build confidence, respect, and trust with others
