Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Company Driver cum Manufacturing Assistant to join our team. The qualified candidates for shortlisting must be experienced in inventory software and database together with the positive qualities of thoroughness, hard work, patience, teamwork, and cooperation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The candidate should be with a valid Manual Transmission UAE Driving License and should possess good English communication skills.

Job Type / Category

• Move inventory and materials across facilities
• Process inventory for delivery
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Package items and label correctly
• Scan delivered items and ensure quality
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the warehouse in charge
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Work as an active team member to complete team goal

Driver

Drive company vehicles to deliver supplies within UAE:

• Load and unload the organization's merchandise
• Precisely finish all paperwork connected with the conveyance of merchandise
• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
• Drive company vehicles to pick or drop employees
• Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured
• The candidate should know the highways and roads in UAE, observe and obey all traffic rules and regulations and be able to stay focused on the road.
• Deliver important documents to required destinations
• Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient
• Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance on the vehicle
• Report any instance of mishap or accident to the Logistic Manager and/or the Senior Management on his absence.
• Keep up a travel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and work hours
• Dress neatly and in accordance with the company's uniform guidelines.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Similar or related experience
• Valid UAE Manual Driver's License
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
• Able to work independently
• Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
