We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Community Specialist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should have exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop engaging content. They should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, they should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events. Previous experiences with Noon, Talabat, etc is a plus. Responsibilities:
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualifications:
Expert with different social media platforms

\xe2\x81\xa0Fast and accurate replies to all the enquiries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast Typist
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in using moderation tools and software
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Arabic and English are required
Previous experiences with Noon, Talabat, etc is a plus.
