Dubai, UAE SALARY: 12,000 AED - 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Relations Specialist to join a startup Education Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships within the community, driving engagement, and expanding client portfolio. This position is a unique blend of sales, marketing, and community engagement, with a primary focus on targeting parents and enhancing the company\'s market presence.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong community presence.
• Increase engagement among key community segments, particularly parents, through targeted outreach efforts.
• Develop and execute programs that resonate with the community, enhancing loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence and community engagement.
• Design and implement targeted campaigns to reach and engage parents, highlighting our services and offerings.
• Build relationships with parent groups, schools, and other relevant organizations to expand our reach within this demographic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community relations, sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Education experience is a plus, i.e. Teaching, Trainer, Coaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Highly organized, with excellent project management skills.
