Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and performance marketing.
Monitoring community sentiment and reporting insights to inform marketing and product decisions.
Building and nurturing an engaged online community across social media platforms, streaming networks, and other relevant channels.
Developing strategies to grow and retain our communities while fostering a positive brand image.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a community management or marketing-related role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a high-growth environment. * Experience building and managing online communities, with a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies and execution.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or iGaming sectors.
Familiarity with global marketing strategies and multi-territory campaign management.
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or LookerBI.
