! In this role, you will be responsible for building and engaging our community across various platforms, fostering strong relationships with fans, athletes, and entertainment enthusiasts. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving fan interaction, and ensuring an exciting and inclusive community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and activate our audience across social media, forums, and other platforms.
Manage and moderate discussions, ensuring a vibrant and positive community experience.
Respond to fan inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
Create and curate compelling content, including posts, updates, and behind-the-scenes insights.
Organize online and offline events, contests, watch parties, and fan meetups to increase engagement.
Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
Work closely with marketing, PR, and content teams to align community efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze community performance metrics, providing insights to optimize engagement strategies.
Stay updated with trends in sports, entertainment, and digital communities to implement innovative engagement tactics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Fan Engagement Specialist
in the
sports or entertainment industry
.
Strong understanding of sports culture, fan engagement, and entertainment trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, etc.).
Ability to create engaging, interactive, and shareable content.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Passion for sports, entertainment, and community building.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to engage with fans during live events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fan engagement, esports, live events, or influencer collaborations.
Knowledge of video editing or graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for content creation.
Experience working with sports teams, entertainment venues, or media brands.
