Responsibilities:

As a Community Manager at Synergy University, Dubai, your role is crucial in fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to enhance the university's brand and reputation.
• Manage and grow the university's social media for the community presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to promote university events, achievements, and initiatives with Students, parents, alumni etc.,
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and concerns, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other university departments to coordinate online and offline events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Identify and engage with key influencers, alumni, and other stakeholders to amplify the university's message and reach.
• Analyze social media metrics and user engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the university's social media strategy remains innovative and effective.

• Proficiency in English (required) and Russian (required).
