Position: Community Management Intern on site
Location:Al Massar, Marrakech
Duration: 4 months
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing community engagement strategies across various online platforms.
Monitor and moderate community forums, social media channels, and other online spaces to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a sense of community and addressing concerns professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community events, discussions, and initiatives.
Analyse community engagement metrics and provide insights to improve strategies.
Contribute to the creation of engaging content that resonates with the community.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools. Passion for community building and connecting with diverse audiences. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
