As a Community Management Executive, you will be integral in nurturing and managing our community relationships. Your role involves facilitating active member dialogue, promptly addressing inquiries, and creating engaging content. Responsibilities include developing and curating relevant material, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and resolving conflicts to maintain a respectful atmosphere. You will implement strategies to attract and retain members, organize events to foster a sense of belonging, and analyze community metrics to refine strategies. Additionally, you will gather member feedback to understand their needs, advocate for necessary improvements, and collaborate with various teams and influencers. You will manage potential crises with transparent communication and oversee the technical aspects of community platforms to enhance user experience. Moreover, you will train community members or volunteers, monitor industry trends, represent the brand, ensure cultural sensitivity, and propose innovative approaches to community engagement. This position is crucial for building brand personality, fostering consumer trust, and driving increased awareness and company performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Education:
- Higher diploma (Preferred)
- hospitality or community management: 3 years (Required)
- English, Arabic (Required)
- UAE driving license (Required)
- degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations (Required)
- Own Visa (Required)
- experience in content creation and event planning (Required)
- Dubai (Required)
- 25% (Preferred)
