We are looking for Community Engagement Manager *to represent the * voice of our brand and complement our team. We expect you to grow and maintain our cross-platform social media community as well as be the driver of our user onboarding experience Responsibilities
Manage all user interactions / applications on our app including guidance on how to use and following up on any issues
Serve as a point of contact for the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp
Help manage social media campaigns for various social media platforms
Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
Strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales
Monitor and provide feedback/generate reports on community engagement, sentiment and notable trends
Requirements to apply
Motivated and passionate
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Knowledge in Google ads and/or video editing software is a plus.
Creative and think out of the box
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Impeccable English writing and speaking, Tagalog is a plus
Salary is negotiable based on experience
